Role Overview:

As the DEI Specialist at AfrosInTech.com, you will be a key advocate and catalyst for driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

1. DEI Strategy Development

2. Education and Training

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Diversity and Inclusion, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in DEI are preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a DEI leadership role, preferably within the technology industry or community-focused organizations.
• Deep knowledge of DEI best practices, strategies, and industry trends.
• Experience developing and executing successful DEI programs and initiatives.
