Role Overview:

As the Learning Content Developer at AfrosInTech.com, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning content, including tutorials, courses, webinars, and workshops. You will work closely with subject matter experts, community leaders, and content creators to curate relevant and diverse content that promotes skill development, career growth, and representation within the tech industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning Content Creation
   • Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including articles, videos, infographics, and multimedia presentations.

2. Curriculum Development
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts and community leaders to identify learning needs and develop comprehensive learning curricula.

3. Learning Platform Management
   • Manage and update the learning platform’s content library, ensuring that it is up-to-date, organized, and accessible to users.
   • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track learning content.
